I assume you have house sync going to input 1 of the Toaster which is why
you don't just hook the PAR to input 1, which would eliminate the problem.
If you have to go to another input then you will have to run the PAR's
output through a TBC that is genlocked to house sync. To capture live video
simply run the your video into the video in of the TBC IV. The TBC IV has
and internal connection that plugs into the PAR. Just run the TBC software
and then hit the record button in the PAR interface and tell the software
how may frames to grab at what frame rate and hit O.K. when you want to
record. BTW the PAR comes with a Y connector which allows you to split the
PAR's output so that you can genlock the TBC IV to the PAR.
